Securitech Investigative Services History

Securitech Investigators have been very active in Southern Arizona over the past 27 plus years. We have managed to be on the front page of the Arizona Daily Star 6 times, and once on the front page of the Los Angeles Times and the Drudge Report. There is good news and bad news to that. The good news is that our name was never mentioned, so the bad guys were unaware of our involvement. The bad news, our name never mentioned, no marketing value.

We have investigated an internal theft which was judged to be over $500,000, which resulted in the company getting full restitution from the individual involved. Another internal theft involved an employee who was at or clients business for 27 years. She admitted to stealing over $250,000 over the course of her employment. Most recently we have assisted in 3 different thefts, from the same company which resulted in the recovery of over $5,000,000 in assets for our client. 18 people were indicted by the Arizona Attorney General in the case.

Securitech Investigators have placed hidden cameras in our client’s facilities and we have caught, on video, the perpetrators stealing from their fellow employees. Also the hidden cameras have been used to catch hotel personnel stealing from guest rooms, restaurant employees taking meat and other products out the back door, and on one occasion we caught 2 different employees stealing from the same employer in less than 30 minutes.

Our investigations team has worked closely with a number of Tucson attorneys in case preparation for court trials, both criminal and civil. Securitech Investigators were instrumental in following a subject for a number of days, who was believed by his employer to be having an affair with a coworker. In that particular case the individual we were watching was a CFO, of a large Tucson company, and he was rendezvousing with his assist. When presented with the information we obtained, the CFO resigned.

Recently a company based here in Southern Arizona had determined that a former employee had started a new business. The problem was the business he started was the same as the one he had just left. It was a service business with a route with many clients. The business was required to be licensed by the State of Arizona. The individual had not met the state requirements and violated a non-compete agreement with his former employer. He had also started to service most of the former clients on his route, without a license. Securitech Investigators developed information which aided the company in closing down the illegal operation.

We are not in the business of finding people, skip tracing or process serving. We provide investigative services to established business clients who have the need.
